These general conditions of sale (hereinafter "GTC") apply to any order placed remotely by a natural person having legal capacity and acting in a personal capacity as a consumer with MAJESTION, or directly on the site MAJESTION Internet accessible at the following address: www.majestion.eu
These GTC are subject to change at any time by MAJESTION. It is up to you to consult them and to formally accept them before any order.
The applicable GTC are those appearing on the Site at the time of your order.
Any order placed on the Site implies full, unconditional and unconditional acceptance of the GTCs in force at the time of said order.
2.1 Reference prices indicated on the sites
The reference price of the Products offered on the site is the price recommended by the brand, the manufacturer or its official representative. Otherwise, it is a price determined according to the prices at which the Product is commonly sold in a panel of brands distributing it. The Products ordered will be invoiced on the basis of the price in effect on the site at the time of validation of the Order.
2.3 Product prices

No order sent to MAJESTION by any other means, including by mail or SMS, can be taken into account.

MAJESTION reserves the right not to validate your order for any legitimate reason, in particular in the event that:
- your order does not comply with the GTC;
- the quantities of products ordered do not correspond to normal use by a customer acting as an individual;
- one of your previous orders has not been paid in full when due;
- a dispute relating to the payment of one of your previous orders is being processed;
- several serious and concordant elements would raise a suspicion of fraud on your order.

It is possible to use the gift cards issued by MAJESTION for the payment of all or part of your order. These gift cards can only be used once. In the event that a customer attempts to fraudulently use one of these gift cards several times, the orders affected by this fraud would be automatically canceled by MAJESTION.
MAJESTION reserves the right not to offer one or more of the above payment methods, for any legitimate reason, in particular in the event that:
- the payment partner no longer offers the service in question;
- one of your previous orders has not been paid in full on the due date or a dispute relating to the payment of one of your previous orders is being processed;
- several serious and concordant elements would raise a suspicion of fraud on your order.
Online payments on the Site with MAJESTION are made via a secure payment platform, supplemented by control measures specific to each means of payment, in order to guarantee the security of purchases made on the Site and to fight against fraud. The bank details provided during your order are encrypted using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.
MAJESTION has developed a partnership with the company STRIPE in order to protect you when you place an order on www.majestion.eu. To this end, STRIPE collects, by means of a cookie, an equipment identifier (also called "Device fingerprinting") in order to carry out the control of your orders within the framework of the fight against fraud. This identifier is generated from technical information relating to the equipment you use when placing an order on the Site.

MAJESTION can offer you, at the time of placing your order, different delivery methods depending in particular on the size of your package and your delivery address. MAJESTION does not ensure delivery to destination: military bases, armies and barracks.
The conditions, costs and delivery times differ depending on the delivery method you choose.
You will be informed, at the time of placing your order, of the delivery method (s) available as well as of the applicable deadlines and prices.
6.1 Delivery methods and costs
MAJESTION can offer you different delivery methods.

For the delivery of your small-size products to the address of your choice, MAJESTION can offer you one or more of the following delivery methods:
- Standard delivery : The delivery of the products ordered is made to the delivery address indicated during your order.
- International delivery : The delivery of the products ordered is made to the delivery address indicated during your order for countries other than mainland France.

6.2.1 Delivery date
The date of delivery of the products varies according to the demand. Generally delivery times vary from 7 to 10 days. But in exceptional cases, the delivery time may vary up to 60 days.

6.2.5 Incorrect address
In case of incorrect address on your part (customer), and the package is returned to our workshops. The customer must pay the costs of a new shipment.
In order to optimize the processing of your requests, remember to indicate in all your correspondence, whatever the channel used: your last name, first name, email address with which you placed your order and the number of the order concerned.
7.1 Missing accessory and / or part
When receiving or collecting your order, you must verify that your product conforms to your order.
7.2 Products delivered damaged
When receiving your order, you must check the condition of the package (s) received and report any non-compliance on the delivery slip or refuse delivery.
In the event that, after acceptance of the package, you notice that the ordered product is damaged, you can report it to us:
- by contacting MAJESTION Customer Service;
and this at the latest within three (3) calendar days of receipt of your order.
8.1 Principle and deadline
The Customer has the right to withdraw, without giving any reason, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of his Order. In the event of an Order for several Products, the period shall run from receipt of the last Product.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised within the aforementioned period, the price of the Product (s) purchased and the shipping costs will be reimbursed, the return costs remaining the responsibility of the Customer.
In accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 221-18 to L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code, this right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following contracts:
Supply of goods or services, the price of which depends on fluctuations on the financial market beyond the control of the professional and likely to occur during the withdrawal period;
Supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized;
Supply of goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
For the supply of goods which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection;
Supply of goods which, after having been delivered and by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other articles;
The supply of alcoholic beverages whose delivery is deferred beyond thirty days and whose value agreed at the conclusion of the contract depends on fluctuations on the market beyond the control of the professional;
Maintenance or repair work to be carried out urgently at the consumer's home and expressly requested by him, within the limit of spare parts and work strictly necessary to respond to the emergency;
Supply of audio or video recordings or computer software when they have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery;
Supply of a newspaper, periodical or magazine, except for subscription contracts to these publications;
Concluded at a public auction;
8.3 Procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal
To exercise his right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform the Company of his intention to withdraw, either by completing the standard form, a model of which is given below, or by sending a declaration without ambiguity and expressing his intention to withdraw in the 14-day period mentioned above.

The Customer has 14 days from the sending of the notification of his withdrawal to return the Product to the Company in its original packaging, the return costs being the sole responsibility of the Customer.
8.4 Conditions of acceptance
The Products must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) to allow the Company to put it back on sale. In the event of receipt of open, used, incomplete, damaged or soiled Products, the Company will not make any refund and may even, if it deems it necessary and adequate, engage the Customer's liability for depreciation of the Product.
In the event of return of the Product under the conditions provided for by law and these GTCS, the Company will reimburse all sums paid by the Customer, delivery costs included, within 14 days of notification of withdrawal, unless the Product is not returned after. In this case, the Company will only reimburse after receipt and verification of the condition of the returned Product.
This refund will be made using the same means of payment as that used by the Customer to pay for the Order, unless the Customer expressly agrees for another means of payment. In the event of payment by gift voucher / promotional code, the Customer will be reimbursed either by sending new gift vouchers / promotional codes for an amount identical to that paid in this form.
